搜尋者只能透過文字介紹知道附近環境
無法確實在地圖上很方便的看到附近的設施和便利性
但容易依照想要的規格或是預算找到房子
詳細資料也是制式化的表格資訊
但是多了貸款試算等功能
也結合相關銀行整合相關功能與資訊
以流暢度來說每間感覺都差不多
因為都有大量的圖片影像資訊

也是各有利弊
一方面是比較容易以區域環境搜尋
另一方便比較容易以需求性去做搜尋
但是精美程度
HousingMap在map上有比較大的圖片可以做觀看
